Agreement for Comments and Trackback Posting





This weblog and website is solely owned and operated at personal expense by the registered owner of the domain name. It's purpose is for information, entertainment, and dissemination of information and is not a commercial site used for advertising purposes.

Comment posting is for non-commercial comments only and may only reference non-commercial web sites. Any comment or trackback which is placed to advertise or direct attention to a commercial site, even if said comment or trackback is appropriate to the entry, such as (debt consolidation, porn, viagra, online poker, etc) will be charged standard advertising rates of $100 dollars per each comment or trackback posted on the weblog. This advertising rate will be applied to any and all of the following:

1. The person or company who is directly in charge of placing the offending comment or trackback.

2. The Internet Service Provider that is providing service to the person or company that placed the comment or trackback.

3. The Internet Service Provider that is providing service to the IP address that the comment or trackback came from.

4. The person or company that is being advertised for, even if they have no direct knowledge of the advertising being done in their name.

Generic comments left in multiple posts featuring the same wording and listing a commercial URL for the author will be considered commercial advertising as well and is billed at the same rates as listed above.

The advertising rate applies to comments and trackbacks that are entered by hand or by computer assistance that places comments and/or trackbacks on many sites and posts in a very short period of time via a computer program. All legal fees and costs associated with collecting these advertising rates will be paid by the person or company that is responsible for the offending comment or trackback.

By posting a comment or trackback featuring commercial advertising or a for-profit URL, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. Decisions as to what is or is not a commercial advertisement or trackback are the sole determination of the owner of this weblog and all decisions will be final. All comments or trackbacks deemed to be for advertising purposes will be removed from the website with extreme prejudice and full advertising rate will be charged.

This Agreement can be modified/changed at any time with no notice and will still be a binding document on all parties.
